Mr. Ravi Kumar is a qualified Cost Accountant with about 20 years of experience in finance, accounts, costing, MIS, supply chain management and business planning. He was associated with Matrix laboratories in his previous assignment. During his six-year stint with Matrix Labs, he was actively involved in several cross-border acquisitions and integration of the acquired companies, besides handling domestic M&A transactions.
